Quotes and prices

Any prices shown on this website are guide figures, not quotes. A quote becomes firm once we have seen the vehicle and given you a written or verbal price for the specific work. We will not carry out work beyond what you have approved without contacting you first.

If we find further work is needed once a job is underway, we will stop and contact you with the cost before continuing.

Booking and cancellation

Please let us know as early as you can if you cannot make a booking, so we can offer the slot to someone else. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due on collection unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Vehicles remain our property in law until the invoice is settled in full.

Guarantee

Work we carry out is guaranteed against faulty workmanship. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty. The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by an accident, or faults arising from work carried out elsewhere.

Vehicles left with us

Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle. We take reasonable care of vehicles on the premises but cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings left inside.

Vehicles not collected within 28 days of us telling you the work is finished may incur a reasonable storage charge.

MOT testing

MOT tests are carried out to DVSA standards. An MOT certificate confirms the vehicle met the minimum legal requirements at the time of test. It is not a guarantee of the vehicle's general condition or of its roadworthiness afterwards.
