What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address when you contact us
• Your vehicle registration and details of the work you're asking about
• Records of work carried out on your vehicle, which we keep for our own service history
• Anonymous usage data about how this website is used

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, book your vehicle in, carry out and invoice the work, and keep the legally required records of any MOT test. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to remember your cookie choice. The embedded Google map sets cookies of its own, which is why it does not load until you accept. You can decline and the site will work normally, without the map.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for six years for accounting and warranty purposes. MOT records are held by the DVSA under their own retention rules.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@mcrfastfix.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
